The location is excellent, with various dining options nearby and a lovely pool worth visiting. While the room size was decent, noise issues due to nearby machinery severely impacted our comfort. Furthermore, the strong odor in the hallway detracted from the overall experience. On the plus side, the made-to-order sandwiches available provided a delicious quick meal, which was a nice touch.

The lobby was beautifully decorated and welcoming, with friendly staff who were attentive to my needs, making my stay comfortable. The location was excellent, providing easy access to downtown Albany's attractions and lovely views of the state capitol.

The hotel is in a great location, only a few steps from Albany City Hall and the beautiful Empire State Plaza, making it super convenient for leisurely strolls to enjoy the city's charm. I particularly appreciated the friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable by going out of their way to help me feel comfortable and welcome. plus, the beds are really comfy, so I rested well after my adventures.

Had a nice stay! The location is super convenient, close to everything. The beds were beyond comfy, perfect after a long day. Breakfast was on point too, with real eggs and loads of options.

Clean room close to the Egg, but had issues with luggage storage.

The King Room was huge and super comfy. I loved the block out blinds. they made it feel cozy. The room was clean, and the bed was just perfect for a good night's sleep. Walking distance to the water and stadium is also a plus!

My group enjoyed a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the nearby restaurants offered diverse dining options. Relaxing in our comfortable double room after exploring Albany's beautiful architecture was wonderful. Pro tip, make sure to try the local eateries! Parking was reasonable for city rates, too.

The double room we stayed in had its share of cleanliness issues, including hair on the rug and in the bathroom, which was quite off-putting. However, I appreciated the manager's effort to switch our room when we pointed out the chipped paint on the ceiling, showing a good level of understanding and kindness. The location was potentially beneficial, with attractions like the Irish American Heritage Museum just a short walk away, but the overall state of the facility detracted from our experience.

my stay was surprisingly better than previous visits to other hotels in albany. the helpful staff and clean lobby area really stood out for me. it was great being so close to the arena, making events super easy to get to.
